Here you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about what to expect, how to prepare, and the beautiful products I use. If you have any other questions, I’m always just a message away.
What can I expect during my treatment?
Every Embrace & Glow experience is designed to nurture and uplift you. We’ll begin with a short, calming consultation to understand your skin, lifestyle, and wellness goals. Then you can simply unwind while I perform your chosen facial or massage, blending soothing rituals with results-driven techniques.
Do you need any health information before my appointment?
Yes, your safety and comfort are my priority. At the time of booking, I’ll email or text you a short consultation form. This helps me understand any health conditions, medications, or pregnancy details before we meet, so I can tailor your treatment safely and effectively.
What should I wear?
Comfort is key. For facials and massages, I’ll need access to your neck, shoulders, and clavicle area, so please wear something loose or easy to adjust. You’ll always be draped with towels or blankets to ensure you feel secure, warm, and relaxed throughout.
Should I remove jewellery or makeup?
Yes, please remove necklaces and earrings before your session so I can work freely around your face and décolleté. For facials, arriving makeup-free is ideal, but not essential—I’ll cleanse your skin as part of the treatment.
Do I need to prepare anything if you’re visiting me at home?
Please allow enough space for me to set up my portable massage table and move around comfortably. A warm, quiet area and access to warm water for your facial. I’ll bring everything else, so you can just relax.
Which products do you use?
I use a carefully curated mix of Tropic Skincare (plant-based, naturally active ingredients) and Monuskin(aromatherapy-inspired blends). This lets me tailor treatments to your skin’s unique needs—whether you crave hydration, balance, or a radiant glow—while indulging your senses with beautiful botanicals.
How long will my appointment take?
Treatment times refer to the hands-on session, but please allow an extra 10–15 minutes for your consultation, set-up, and a gentle wind-down afterwards.
What should I do after my treatment?
Take it easy if possible—give yourself some space to enjoy that post-treatment calm. Drink plenty of water to support your body and skin, and I’ll provide personalised aftercare tips to prolong your glow.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24–48 hours’ notice where possible if you need to change your appointment, so I can offer the space to another client.
Do you bring all products and equipment?
Yes. I’ll bring everything required—from my portable massage table and towels to my Tropic and Monuskin products. All you need is a cosy space and time for yourself.
Do I need to tip?
