Hi, I’m Kelly - the founder of Embrace and Glow and HH Scents, a qualified massage therapist, Tropic ambassador, and a woman who knows just how hard it can be to put yourself first.

My journey into natural skincare and self-care began over 8 years ago, when I first launched my own skincare brand. That passion never left me — even when life got busy, even when I forgot to care for myself the way I cared for others. For most of my adult life, I struggled with my weight and self-esteem. But over the last five years, I’ve been on a personal journey of weight loss, healing, and self-discovery.

 

Now at 44, with four amazing children (including two grown-up ones), I find myself entering a new era — not just as a mother, but as a woman learning how to slow down, embrace change, and glow from within. I understand how unnatural self-care can feel when you're used to doing everything for everyone else — but I also know how necessary it is.

 

That’s why I created Embrace and Glow — to offer a supportive space for women like me. Women who are learning to show up for themselves again. Here, I bring together everything I’ve learned: my qualifications in skincare, aromatherapy, essential oils, nutrition, and holistic treatments (including massage and Indian head massage, coming soon), along with the products I personally love and trust — including Tropic and other natural, spa-quality brands.

 

Alongside Embrace and Glow, I also run HH Scents, my home fragrance brand, born out of a passion for cosy, calming spaces. Together, these two brands create something I believe deeply in: practical, soul-soothing self-care that fits into real life.
